23 units and I am off to a good start!! This semester taking seven classes is going to be just a litte hard! Most people take 4-5 classes...not me! Craziness is all I have to say! I have some great Prof's, but it is not going to be easy! The good thing is I have some fun people in class. It is really weird though because in almost all of my classes I have someone who I went to high school with in it as well! I guess that is what I get for going to a state school! Anyway, I am Monday/Wednesday from 1-6:45 and Tuesday 4-9:45. The good news is that I only go three days a week and I got into all the classes I needed! My planner is being blown up now with assignments, tests, projects, etc. so as far as a socail life goes...it may be lacking a bit until Christmas =(
All of that said I am looking forward to a good semester and the bigger picture...Europe next summer! I am planning on going on a LONG and FUN trip all over Europe with friends once I graduate so May 16th here I come! Right now though, I am thinking (as my dad always says) "one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time". I need to slow down, focus on what is at hand, and everything will be great!
Until next time,

Three More Day's of Freedom
I am coming to my last three days of summer vacation. It flew by as it always does! It has been great and I have enjoyed these past few weeks of rest. I have been watching the olympics religiously! I love the gymnastics, diving, and swimming. Plus, there are so many events I had never heard of! Trampoline? Hand ball? Men's field hockey? It is all so interesting! I feel like i have been a hermit watching so much of it.
Anyway, my brother just left for school this morning. He has decided to try out Santa Barbara City College for the year and live in IV (Isla Vista). That should be interesting and we will see how he likes it. As for my sister she is going to be a junior in high school and still focusing on singing and musical theater. The two of us are actually doing a play together right now called "Long October" that is one night only and is put on by North Coast Calvary Chapel. It is October 9th so if anyone wants to go let me know! We are singing in the chorus just two songs, but it should be fun. Someone asked us to do it, so that is always nice. I am looking to move out with some friends on September 1st to San Elijo. I am really hoping it all works out! We are trying to finalize everything.
Other than that this weekend should be pretty mellow. Just getting my massage today...can't even wait! Then no big plans for the weekend accept to get prepared for school. It should be fun!

Time for some rest and relaxation!!
In this last week of my summer vacation I am looking forward to some quality rest and relaxation! I am such a planner and this week is practically free! It is great to have some down town before school starts. I am teaching fitness classes and trying to figure out moving/classes to take for next year, but it is nice to be home and just hanging out. Tonight the class that I usually teach is cancelled, so that is great too!
I am getting a massage on Friday...always great! I go to this woman named Jaeb. She is amazing! Feel free to ask me about her. She is super reasonable and goes longer than an hour! Every time I sign on a new client, that is my treat to myself! It is great.
After my massage then its back the books! I am actually looking forward to school though. Just getting it done and then moving on to bigger and better things! Hopefully this week stays calm and then back to the grind!

Last Week of Summer
It is the last week of summer vacation. I go back to school on the 25th for my senior year of college! I just learned that I have to take 21 units both semesters in order to graduate on time so I am going to have a full load! I am pretty excited to finish up though. My major is communications, but I am wanting to stay in the fitness realm for at least the time being. I love training and teaching classes. It is great to know that I am helping people get in shape and/or stay in shape. My dream job would be to work for "The Biggest Loser"! I love that show!
Anyway, this summer has been great! I have had a lot of fun and also got a lot done. I took three summer school classes which I got a B in every one of them. I am pretty happy about that! I also took trips to Minnesota and Atlanta. It was great to travel.
This week I plan on vegging out a lot before hitting the books hard. I hope to make it to the beach, read, and hang out with friends. I am pretty excited though to get back into the swing of things with school and finish it off. I am also looking to move out from my parents house so it should be fun.
Until next time,

I met Sheryl Crow!!
Hello all. I know that most of you know that I am a HUGE Sheryl Crow fan...well I met her yesterday in Minnesota! I am here in MN visiting family and friends. My aunt owns this cute antique shop and a women she buys from is friends with Sheryl Crow! She was in town for a concert yesterday and the woman called my aunt and said she was bringing her in. I got a call from my uncle and my friend Sally and I booked it down to Minneapolis to see her! It was awesome! We talked to her for a second and got a picture with her. Pretty exciting for me to say the least! Well, I just thought I would share with all of you. Have a great day!
