Going back to Minnesota for Christmas!
I just booked my flight for a nice three week trip back to the lovely Twin Cities for Christmas break. I am very excited to hang out with family and friends as well as shiver due to the freezing cold! =) Now I just have to finish the semester strong and get out of here! I get an entire month off for Christmas break and can't wait to relax and now worry about 23 units! Whew...what a relief when that is all said and done!

Past two weeks at a glance...
The past two weeks have been great! Busy, hectic, but fun! I went to MN for a little less than a week and it was an absolute blast! I loved the beautiful leaves and the fall season. It was cold, but I enjoyed it. I also drove with some friends to Wisconsin-UW LaCrosse for a night and met other friends who go to that college. We had so much fun all of us girls hanging out. It was a short stay in WI, but it was great to see all of my friends.
This past week I have had family in town from my mom's side. My grandparents flew in from Atlanta and my great grandparents flew in from Kansas City. They all were in town to see my sister's play, "South Pacific". She did an amazing job! My brother came home too and I had friends come to the show with me as well. Emma (my sister) is definitely very talented. Her singing was so pretty and her acting was great. I saw the show three times within two days...kind of a lot!
It is coming to the end of the semester so for now I am just doing a lot of homework and essays. The big winter break is needed! I am looking forward to that in about a month!

This week at a glance
I have to start off by saying Saturday night at the Shout House was absolutely hilarious! We got dressed up (mind you it was Nov 1st) because online it said there was a costume contest Oct 31st and Nov 1st. Well....I am sure you can guess already, but there was NO costume contest! My friends and I were the only ones! I was Sarah Palin so I had a lot of bad looks haha. My friends were dressed up as: baseball players, Raggedy Anne, and a Bronco's Fan. The point was that we had fun though! Haha.
This week I have a lot to get done before I head out to MN! I am teaching some spin classes and have lots of homework to get done before I leave. Tuesday is the BIG ELECTION!! Crazy that it is finally here! Along with the Presidential race, Prop 8 on gay marriage is a HUGE issue right now. I am interested to see where everything ends up!
I leave Thursday for MN and Friday a group of us are driving up to the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse (LAX). I am pretty excited for that! We are only staying for one night and then we are heading back. It should be a great time with friends and family! I can hardly wait!
Well, I am off to do homework and then teach spin. I will update about my trip and the election soon!
